The phenomenon of the famine is a problem that touches the big part of the population of the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and the one of the South-Kivu in particular. The agricultural production being least following multiple reasons as the excessive exploitation of soil without thinking about restoring him elements exported by cultures, the no respect of the cultural techniques succession, the disruption of seasons and other climatic risks; these dive the peasants agriculturist in a misery that makes that of time some have tendency to yet abandon the agricultural sector one of lever of development and survival in farming middle of the R D Congo and the source of the food substances. This being, we led this survey in view to demonstrate comparison that can exist as for the influence of the chemical manure (N P K) and the organic manure (manure of farm) on the dwarf bean so that the producer makes a discriminating choice between the two according to his financial means as well as his faculties to use one or the other. To the term of this experimentation, the manure of farm proved to be more important than the N P K and parcels no fertilized for nearly all observed parameters; bigger biomass, good harvest indication, weight of 100 seeds most elevated... The N P K stood in second position during the experimentation.

Le phénomène de la famine est un problème qui touche la grande partie de la population de la République Démocratique du Congo en général et celle du Sud-Kivu en particulier. La production agricole étant moindre suite à multiple raisons telles que l'exploitation excessive de sol sans songer à lui restituer les éléments exportés par les cultures, le non - respect de la succession de techniques culturales, la perturbation des saisons et autres aléas climatiques; ceux-ci plongent les paysans agriculteur dans une misère qui fait que de fois certains ont tendance d'abandonner le secteur agricole pourtant l'un de levier de développement et de survie en milieu rural de la R D Congo et la source des substances alimentaires. Ceci étant, nous avons mené cette étude en vue de démontrer la comparaison qui puisse exister quant à l'influence de l'engrais chimique ( N P K ) et l'engrais organique (fumier de ferme) sur le haricot nain de sorte que le producteur fasse un choix judicieux entre les deux en fonction de ses moyens financiers ainsi que ses aptitudes à utiliser l'un ou l'autre. Au terme de cette expérimentation, le fumier de ferme s'est révélé plus important que le N P K et les parcelles non fertilisées pour presque tous les paramètres observés; plus grande biomasse, indice de récolte bon, poids de 100graines le plus élevé;...le N P K s'est placé en deuxième position au cours de l'expérimentation.
